  • 1 pc ribbon, colour of your choice (0.5-1cm wide)
  • 1 pair scissors
  • 1 tsp sugar (optional)
  • Seasonal flowers of your choice

Moccona Upcycling Original

 

A beatuiful centerpiece

Preparation

  1. 01

    Wash and dry your Moccona jar.

  2. 02

    Measure and cut 60cm ribbon.

  3. 03

    Centre jar neck along ribbon and wrap ribbon around jar neck 3 x to fully cover neck with ribbon.

  4. 04

    Tie bow in centre with remaining length and trim tails on a diagonal angle, as desired.

  5. 05

    Fill jar with 2/3 full with cool water with half a teaspoon of sugar to keep your blooms fresh (optional).

  6. 06

    Measure your flower stems to approx. 20-30cm high, with varying lengths (higher to the back and lower to front) and trim to size.

  7. 07

    Ensure foliage is removed from stems below the waterline.

  8. 08

    Pop your flowers into the jar and display for a beautiful little reminder of the little things we can do to make a difference at home!
